Amherst

Amherst is a collection of New England style homes on tree-lined streets providing a quiet and comfortable neighborhood in Central Florida.  We are located in the geographical center of Seminole County, Florida. 

Amherst has easy access to shopping centers, the Oviedo Mall, and local highway networks.  Each of these amenities are nearby, but not so close as to infringe on our quiet neighborhood.
